B vitamins take part in turning food into cellular energy and in methylation. Active B-Complex uses active forms of B6 and B9 to support methylation and to help get more energy from food. Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) Vitamin B6 is provided as pyridoxine HCl at 250% daily value, to help support energy and mood.*
Biotin (vitamin B7, as d-biotin) Biotin is provided as d-biotin at 100% daily value, to help support energy production from food.*
Folate (vitamin B9, as L-5-MTHF) Folate is provided as calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF), an active form of vitamin B9, at 100% daily value. It is included to support methylation and cellular energy from food.*
Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) Vitamin B12 is provided as methylcobalamin, an active form of cobalamin, at 16,667% daily value. With B6 and B9, it helps support energy and a general feeling of well-being and mood.*
Other ingredients: mannitol, modified cellulose, natural flavor and color, citric acid, magnesium vegetable stearate, monk fruit extract, and stevia leaf extract.
