Nitric oxide signaling supports the way blood vessels handle flow. Patented nitric oxide blend Each tablet contains 425 mg of the patented nitric oxide blend, with added folate, vitamin C, and B12. The blend is formulated to support the body’s nitrate pathway so nitric oxide is available when needed. This nitrate-pathway approach is distinct from products that rely on L-arginine alone. The tablet has a light fruity flavor and is meant to dissolve on the tongue.*

Methylfolate Methylated tetrahydrofolate (methylfolate) is included to support the efficacy of nitric oxide production. Methylfolate is included alongside the reduced tetrahydrobiopterin the body uses in its own nitric oxide production.*

Vitamin C and vitamin B12 Vitamin C and vitamin B12 are named with folate as added nutrients in the tablet, alongside the 425 mg nitric oxide blend.*

Take one quick-dissolve tablet daily and allow it to dissolve on the tongue. Do not swallow the tablet whole or place it under the tongue. Two tablets daily may be used during the initial 30–45 days; after that, take one tablet daily. Do not take more than two tablets in a 24-hour period. Each box contains sixty tablets.

Consult a physician before use if taking organic nitrate medications (such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide), erectile dysfunction drugs — the combination may cause an unsafe drop in blood pressure — blood thinners, or medications used to lower blood pressure.
